Ingredients

  • Vegetable cooking oil – 1 quart
  • All-purpose flour – 4 cups
  • Garlic salt – 1 tbsp
  • Black paper (ground) – 3 tbsp
  • Eggs (beaten) – 4
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Chicken breast pieces (halved and cut into bite-sized pieces) – 8

Method

Once you have all the ingredients, its time to prepare the nuggets. Follow these steps to prepare delicious homemade chicken nuggets.

Step #1

Take a large saucepan, pour cooking oil, and place it on heat (350oF).

Next, take a large bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, pepper, and mix well. Take chicken cubes and season them with salt and pepper. Dip chicken cube in the beaten eggs.

Once chicken cube is dipped in eggs, coat it with the all-purpose flour mixture and shake-off the excessive flour. Again, dip the chicken cube in the beaten eggs.

Take out the cubes and place it in the breadcrumbs. Coat the chicken cube with breadcrumbs. Make sure that no part of the cube is left.
