- Semi-skimmed milk – 325 ml
- Eggs – 2
- White wine vinegar – 1 tbsp.
- Brown bread flour (gluten-free) – 450 g (a little extra for dusting)
- Sea salt – ½ tbsp.
- Golden caster sugar – 2 tbsp.
- Dried yeast – 1 ½ sachet
- Olive oil or cooking oil – 3 tbsp.
Directions
Follow the given steps to prepare delicious and soft gluten-free bread.
Step #1
Turn the oven on and preheat it to 400oF/200oC gas 6. Take a pan, place it over low heat, and pour milk. Once the milk is warm, take it off the heat and leave it to cool a little. Take a large bowl and crack eggs into it, add vinegar, warm milk, and whisk until combined.
Step #2
Take another large bowl and combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Stir the dry ingredients until it turns into a sticky dough using a wooden spoon. Now, add olive oil or cooking oil and using your hand shape the dough into a ball. If the dough is too sticky, you can use little flour as well.
Step #3
Brush the baking tray with oil and place dough on the tray. Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place for one hour and let it rise.

After one hour, remove the cover, place the baking tray into the oven for 35-minutes, or until the bread has cooked through or turns golden. Once the bread is cooked, take it out and leave it to cool on a wire cooling rack.
